We provide the classic automatic stop-cylinder screen press with max. speed up to 4,000 sheets/hour, which can compete with world famous brand like Sakurai and SPS. And the semi-automatic and 3/4 automatic flat-bed screen press are also available for short run jobs. You can also find all necessary auxilaury machines for making the screen plate in our product range.
After equipped with various dryers and cooling systems, the production line can work out multi-color screen printing, UV spot gloss varnishing, glitter coating, scatcher card printing, decal screen printing and also a few kinds of luxurious finishing effects for the printed sheets.
Wrinkle photofixation machine can match with various screen printing machines and off-set printing machines, solidifying kinds of screen printing ink ,using wrinkle head ,can make wrinkle effection .Widely used in screen printing,printing and dyeing,plating,electronic circuit plate and foods etc industry area’s drying,dehydration and solidying works

Inspection:
we have own QC department in our factory to make sure that our products are all in very good quality before ship out to our customers
Quality control:
Before order to the production department, we will confirm the order for the equipment and the extra requirement and datasheet again with the customers
We will inspect the different process of the production from the beginning, and update the status of the order with our customer by sending photos or videos
Each parts of machine will be checked carefully before packaging
Before shipment, customer could sent one QC or point the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients when problems occurred
